Last Minute - Very Nice

Was a busy day of Soccer games with kids. Made it to Whole Foods and got some nice Wild Coho Salmon (Ok Previously Frozen) but really good.

Used a bit of Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub. Went along with some nice Sweet Potatoes and Asparagus... Only able to take pics of Salmon though the Potatoes and Asparagus done on the egg too..

    While I was gone last weekend, Alexis cooked the last of the fish our oldest son caught in FL and she used Ragin' River. They loved it.

    I'm glad they did it when I was gone....I hate fish :)

    But every time I see one done like your pic, I WANT to like it. It looks SO good and juicy. Why can't I be a fish person?

    It was a rush to get everything on the table but everyone enjoyed the meal and were happy to have this vs a drive through (which I avoid like the plague)!
  • That's like me and brussel sprouts.... My wife loves them and they look great when she cooks them, but I just can't take it!
