first post since finishing table...pics

Well with some words of encouragement since my last post, i finished the table for the egg and have since had a few cooks...nothing major but i did try the Trex method for steaks with some t-bones for my father in law and me. wow is all i can really say. I think within the next week i am going to try and do some bacon, hopefully. i am going to try a trial run at some abt's this weekend for st patty's day and then try somking a peice of salmon.

Just wanted to say, again, this site is unreal and love the pics that people put up and the wealth of knowledge that is gratefully shared between folks.

The table looks great! I think you've egged the perfect steaks...bet your father-in-law likes you a lot... Good luck with the ABT's - make extra, really, you can't make too many. :P
