Saw this event that's happening on 3/19 & 3/20 in Atlanta and it looks like one of the stops will include a BGE Demo

    BOBBY CRESAP, BIG GREEN EGG
Bobby Cresap’s father hailed from New Orleans, and he learned to cook by watching his southern mother
and grandparents. His taste for food was from the very beginning in uenced by great southern cooking
spiced with a bit of authentic Cajun and Creole avor. When you blend in being an Atlanta native and add
a classic culinary education you get an interesting recipe! After graduating with honors from the School of
Culinary Arts in Atlanta, Bobby started his career as a chef or food service director at Marriot Management,
Kroger’s Chef Program and Piedmont Hospital. Bobby was a Big Green Egg owner and advocate for 18
years before joining the company four years ago as the Manager of Retail Sales. But his true passion is
the newest position he holds as the Executive Chefand Director of Big Green Egg Academy, which he
considers his “dream job” and the very reason he sought a career with Big Green Egg.
