I am trying to plan a working trip to USA the week after the fest. I could be in PA the week before and fly down. Sunday fly to El Paso.
I have had my Large for almost a year. But am still stuggling, so I need to understand much more. Would this be a good oppertunity to learn? I don't know when I will be back in the US this year so it is difficult to plan for other events.
It could be interesting how I write this off at work! I am also with an engineer that loves cooking but does not know what a BGE is.
Any advice is more than welcome. I am an Alien not just a newbee. Andy

If you can work it out DO IT! Many who attend are just getting their first egg and learn a lot that day. if you have started and know your weakness then you are way ahead of them. a fest is great if it is your first contact with an egg or you have been egging for 20 years. Plus you get to meet so many wonderful people all with the same interests see you there I hope!
