Can Brisket/Boston Butt / Ribs be cooked together

Just curious if this is okay. If yes, and they are stacked on grates above one another who doesn't get dripped upon? Would you keep the brisket at the top so no pork drippings affect its flavor? Or do you keep it at the bottom so the other 2 drippings fall on it for additional moisture?

  • Absolutely - toss a few ABTs, potatoes, etc. on the side as well :)

  • You're not gonna remember me, Frank. I'm Jack over in Metairie. But you gave me some advice about 2 weeks ago when I was doing my first all niter butts I ever ate, bar none. Still can't believe I cooked'em. Thanks ever so much for the help.
  • Glad it came out good
