Stuffed Chicken Breast?

I remember a thread a couple weeks ago ( with pics. ) about chicken breasts being flattened with a mallet, then different items were placed on the breast, rolled and then wrapped with bacon. Would this be O.K. to do with Crab Meat as the filler ( worried about cross contamination but I think the cook should take care of it ) also if I do try it... how long should I cook and at what temp. I have been wanting to try this cook as I saw a lot of people doing it when the thread popped up but I am just now getting to it and I can't find the thread.
