Looking forward to rain and brisket tomorrow.. Got this 11#'er two weeks ago and am finally able to get it on the egg.
Dizzy Pig Cowlick and hickory chips.. Low and Slow.. Stoker is stoking at 230F.

That's a beauty of a butt!! Did 2 last weekend myself. First ones I did on the Egg. They came out Killer!! Good luck with yours. Rain expected here too.

It is actually a Brisket. This one used to moo.
I cook Butts all the time - I agree they are awesome and one of the easiest, highest success rate cooks you can make on an Egg...at least my opinion. -

Looks good. Nice choice on the rub. I'm with ya on the overnighter. I have 30 pounds of butts on right now. Should finish somewhere around 11 in the morning.

Wow!! Didn't realize it was a brisket!! But, I did my first one of those 2 weekends ago and it too came out killer!! Good luck with it, friend!!
