I found this fresh at the local farmers mkt.
The ingredients for a sauce
Pureed with my mixer
on the egg direct well oiled grid at 375
stuffed with some sliced lemons

    rick...i cooked it until my thermopen read 140 probably 25 minutes turning once. I did not realy measure any of the sauce ingredients just mixed and pureed the products show but it was spicy.
