Doing Fresh Amberjack on the Egg tonight

My neighbor brought over a ton of Amberjack that he took spearfishing the other day. So, we put a little Dizzy Dust on it and plopped it on a cedar plank. If it is as tasty as the last fresh AJ he gave us, we are in for a treat!

    Hope he only took the top loin from the front half of the fish... :blink: AJ makes an excellent smoked fish spread as well, so long as it was processed with respect and care. Where are you/him fishing??
