This morning I was going to pull something out of the garage freezer to cook tonight and was stopped in my tracks by someone saying "we have a fridge full of leftovers, shouldn't you do something with those first". So my wife was correct :pinch: :. I had steak and potatoes left over from Friday and homemade bread and vegetables from last night. So I taxed my brain and came up with a really good version of a filly beef and swiss and some fried potatoes (with bacon grease in a CI skillet of course). Will be doing this again :woohoo:

That looks awesome. I need to get better at using leftovers.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Scott, with only 2 people here at home leftovers pile up quick. Cooking on the egg seems to make me want to cook for 4+. Been 5 months now maybe one day I will get the portions right.
Brad, the spuds were great. Not really deadly if you take crestor. -
SWEET! Those look GREAT!
