Sorry Hoss that the Kraut pictures took so long for me to get loaded but here are some.
Kraut with some country style ribs!!
Browned the ribs added a bunch of kraut and egged at 275 until i thought they were tender enough, i suppose it was on there for a good 5hrs. oh so nummy!!

Cabbage is one of those under-rated foods. And sauerkraut is definitely one of my fave variations of it. Look wonderful!!

I love that dish with heavy garlic and onions. Doesn't even taste like kraut after a long simmer. Looks tasty!Molly

That's just the ticket for a hearty winter time dinner! Really good stuff. Thanks for posting this, inspires me to do a sauerkraut dinner one of these days in a enamelware pot. I'll add some spoon drop dumplings to round out the dinner. :blink: Man o man, getting hungry just thinking about this. Thanks. :cheer:

Did you use any wood with that?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
