I was at a Kroger store yesterday that has a great Mediteranian bar that included balsamic pickled onions. From what I could find from a Google search, they are apparently made with a small, flat Italian onion. They are FANTASTIC! Has anyone had any luck making something similar?
BTW, they had $4.99 whole boneless ribeyes!
