Surf-n-Turf and grinding

Here are some pics from a recent meal all on the mini.I visited Resturant Depot yesterday for a 18lb chuck roll-Time to get busy cutting and grinding.It will be a chili and Sausage making weekend.

    Dale, The color on the lobser shells are great! Does that vary with varieties? Don't get good stuff around here, at all. Nice meal!!

    Thanks Molly,sometimes the shels will be a little darker,but by and large they will turn red when cooked.I am just stating the chili and the sausage making will have to be tomorrow.

    Well you really have to look for them & then be prepared to pay a very high price. Best thing is when on vacation at the coast get them from the fishermen I could eat lobster all the time
