Gotta get the Mini Woo, but until them I have a hankering for ABTs this weekend. Any ideas for a quick and dirty indirect set up? I have a firebrick, but it seems...uneven somehow.

Do them direct. Just put less lump in it.

How about wire that fire brick to the bottom your cooking grid with a coat hanger?

I use a mini pizza screen and cover with foil. Or cover the grid with foil.
