Pit beef question

I am finally going to try making pit beef this weekend. We are having a party for the Daytona 500 with about 20 to 25 people. I initially bought a 6.5lb sirloin tip choice roast at Costco. Was planning to smoke a turkey breast also, but no one has any. Now I am wondering if 6.5 pounds is enough for that many people? I will also be doing wings, ABT's, stuffed dates, dips, chips and a veggie tray. Thinking I might need to run and buy another roast. Thanks!
