Baby back ribs

I guess that I have cooked ribs about 6 times since I have had the BGE and this time was by far the BEST.

I took 2 racks of BB's and cooked them indirect for 3 hrs at about 235. I then foiled them and cooked them for about 45 minutes.

I PULLED FROM THE FOIL AND SLATHERED 2 1/2 racks with honey chipolte BBQ sauce and pulled after 15 minutes on the grid.
Delicious....I will try these again in the future.

Thanks to all the input from the various cooks on this website for the ideas on how I wanted to cook these ribs. :side: :side: :side: :side: :side:
