dizzy pigged salmon and avocados

i had a nice piece of fresh salmon and i hit it with some salt and pepper and some dizzy pig raging river. i had never grilled avacados before. i hit them with salt and pepper and dizzy pig shakin' the tree. both turned out awesome!

That looks quite good. I have never tried grilled avocados either. Might just have to give it a try.

i got them at the asian market and they were fantastic. not very large and more ripe than firm. i thought i would have problems with them but didn't.

these avacados from the asian market were WAY better than the ones i get from the local winn dixie. i'm guessing they have a different produce supplier.

i ate it straight. my wife mixed the salmon and avacado. she's a big "mixer" of foods, unlike myself.
