Found a recipe for Pacific Rim Flank Steak and wanted to give it a try.

First the raws:



Threw some sweet potatoes on as well. First time I've tried them - turned out really delicious!



Watched the sunset while waiting...



Finished product...



Time to eat! Everything was really tasty - I'll be trying this again for sure.

Yeah, it's a spinach salad with sun-dried tomatoes on top. Not bad...for salad!
