Lot's of great pizza posts this week.
It is amazing off the Egg.
Good enough to go out into this, once a weekend
Ok, it's just a little snow
No!!!...I just swept that off.
The mushroom sauce pizza is becoming our favourite.
Number 2 pie on the Egg
Ready to eat
Thanks for looking

Yes please share your secrets! Apparently I need to buy some extra BGE feet as well!

I am disappointed! I expected to see a freshly egged pizza upside down in the snow! No that would be sad. I also love the color on that crust.
-
That is a really good looking pie, nice job!
-
Looking good.
No snow for us last night, just bitter bitter cold...but it came in handy when I needed to cool off that pot of spaghetti sauce before I put it in the fridge last night. Just set the pot in a snow bank, and crack the lid a bit. It was cold in no time. -
I agree. How to????
-

The set-up is, plate setter legs down, BGE feet, then pizza stone.
Egg run at 600/650 dome, pre-heated for an hour

Thanks KWF
Going easy on the toppings, has been working really good.
Very hard for me to do
Shane -
Hey Steve
Sorry pick-up only
But it's free, just bring beer
Shane -
Hey Spatchcock
You can use other types of spacers(copper pipe)
As long as you have the space between the plate setter and stone.
Shane -
 Hey Stephen
Between the beer and snow
That has almost happened a few times
