Pork Chops!

Did some pork chops how I'd do a steak. Sear for 2 minutes then shut it down. Put DP Ragin River and Jamaican Firewalk. I loved the flavor, wife not a Jerk fan. Also some grilled asparagus and sweet onion.


Extremely moist pork chop, about 1.5 inches. Pulled at 145.

  • Can't go wrong with grilled chops, and you nailed it. As a matter of fact, I have 2 ready to grill tomorrow. I've been using DP Tsunami Spin on pork chops lately.

    I do mine the same way. If they are thin I back the heat down to 400. Still get a great sear.
    Yes, this is the biggest one they make.

    Deane, I use my ET-73 but, it's 10 degrees off so I adjust. ;)

    Ring up Mollyshark they say she has the best deals on thermapens and ThermoWorks will stand behind them. ;)
