<p />All's well that ends well![p]After a day of interesting cooking temperatures, the brisket was pulled at 190 degrees
ButtsBrisket21Jan04009.jpg[p]and the pork at 207 - would have preferred 200, but Noah and I were playing in the park so .. as I have learned .. a can of coke will be used in the reheating process! In the meantime, Scotts Sauce and a cold beverage is superb!
