Duct Tape!!!

If it can't be fixed with either duct tape or bailing wire, it can't be fixed!

I always seal mine up in a zip lock bag with the wires coming out at the corners to protect it from moisture. I also set some rocks on the corners of the bag to protect it from blowing away. I even prop up one end with another rock so I can read the transmitter from inside the house to make sure both units are in sync.
