I saved all of the backs from the spatchcock chickens I have cooked up and kept them in several freezer bags. Tom and I both had the flu at the same time and the only thing that sounded even the slightest bit good to us was homemade chicken soup. I think that the BGE saved our lives!!!! Keep saving those chicken backs!!!
