First cook in the dutch oven

I dd my first cook in the dutch oven today. It turned out great! I appreciate everyone's input on how to do this and especially Grandpa's Grub for the awesome recipe.

    pjoe, that looks like a delicious roast beef! :) The beef looks perfectly browned so I bet it was flavorful. Can't go wrong with advice from Grandpa's Grub.

    Looks really good pjoe. Thanks to GG but then there are a lot of wonderful cooks with imaginations on this forum. Some of the ideas they come up with are awsome.

    That looks fantastic. Sure glad you enjoyed the cook. It is our Sunday cook 3 to 4 times a month.

    The cook also makes some great week day sandwiches.
