Angus Country Ribs again.....................with DP's Raising the Steaks......what a rub wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...............



Seared at 650* 2 min/ side..............................



Gave them a 15 min. rest....& got the romaines & scallions ready



Put the ribs back on the large for the 130* mark & pulled ..................



Added some Menonite cheese on the romaines..................



Sprinkled with Senor Beli's Indian River Spice Blend of course...........



The Ribs couldn't be better, tender, moist & all the flavour.......DE-LI-CIOUS



The customers were happy....................

Beli, those Angus Country ribs look delicious! I still don't think you need a thermapen, I think you just wanted one. All your cooks seem to come out perfect. Must be the longitude and the attitude. :laugh:

Very nice, only up to 40 in Tulsa, OK today but yesterday was gorgeous 77 no clouds. Now we have snow coming in on Tuesday.

Have never heard of Mennonite Cheese, will have to look it up.

I just got a New Blue Thermapen too!!! Something must be wrong... my numbers are smaller than yours and they're both in F°!!!! If you look closely you can see the family of quails on the grass.

Heyyyyyy bill yeaa they live in the state of Chihuahua, pretty close to the Copper Canyon & they are pretty organized & hard working fellows making the most delicious cheeses amongst other things
