"the chicken" question

Sorry to sort of ask this twice in a week:

I've got the sauce recipe for "the Chicken" but forgot about the flower tossing method and how long and at what temp to cook the chicken. In this case I'm only cooking chicken thighs.

p.s. I'm finishing up a pork butt so my plan is to take that off, clean the grate, up the heat and put the chicken on.

    I flour them and cook indirect at 350 for about 90 minutes then dunk them into the sauce. Then wrap them up with a couple TBS of the sauce in foil for about an hour. -RP
