A couple of pics were posted yesterday on stuffed chicken variations, which got me to thinking about the chicken breasts we had in the fridge. So, I decided to pound 'em flat, stuff them with ham, spinach and provolone then wrap the whole affair in bacon. A little Tsunami Spin all around and presto![p]Pretty darned good dinner - enough spinach left over for a salad and a bottle of red to wash it down.[p]THANKS!
