Thermapen Customer Service-Great

My thermapen developed a crack in the case around the viewing window. Not aware of any "hits or drops". Crack began to grow in two directions. I contacted Thermoworks Customer Service who suggested I return it for evaluation. Long story short, they replaced it under warranted and shipped a new one to me. Needless to say, I'm very pleased. I know many others have posted similar experiences, just wanted to add mine to the list.
