Zucchini and Pineapple Head

I don't know what it is, but this is delicious together! Just a little butter, sprinkle it on, saute for a few minutes. I'm addicted!

    zuchini
    sweet potatoes
    popcorn
    ice cream
    corn on the cob
    sweet potato pie....

    Slice and sprinkle with pineapple head mixed with butter. I don't know precisely what is in PH but whatever it is brings out a great taste in zucchini. I'm inhaling them!

    Thanks, Monica. I'm doing a demo cook this morning and I'm making corn on the cob with PH , avocados, hot links and andouille sausage. I'll pick up some 'zukes on the way home. I can't get enough of the PH. I buy it in the 2 lb. bags!

    sad admission on my part... i have yet to try the pineapple head :blush:
