    Well they do look great. I have the 3 tier rack and I made up a load of homemade meatballs in a similar fashion (no bacon...just meatballs). I was surprised how much faster the top rack got finished. I ended up pulling the balls of the top first, then moving the bottom to the top and finishing. Next time- I think I would use the top 2 tiers to make rotating a little easier.

    I got mine from my dealer last year. It's great. Excellent for smoking cheese!

    I got mine at my local dealer as well. Fred's music and BBQ also sells them.

    They are great for most things, but sometimes that pole in the middle can get in the way. For example, if you want to cook chicken over a pan of veggies. It's a great accessory, but I also plan to buy (or make) a simple raised grid with the legs on the outside.
