Egret's Chili for Hoss' Hunt Fest..

Simmering a big pot of Egret's Famous Chili to take tomorrow to Hoss' Hunting Weekend and share with fellow Eggers Ripnem, GW, Firetruck, Fidel and even Hoss (if he can remember to eat after getting into the "Official Beverage").

This chili is awesome, even if it does require two grocery carts when gathering all the ingredients. :ohmy:

I am headed up the road to Hoss' camp around noon tomorrow. Adam and GW get the long distance award - driving from Minnesooota to Missississississippi :huh: is quite a feat ! :woohoo:

Look out all deer, ducks, armadillos, rabbits, squirrels, black birds (they fall out of the sky now, apparently), any live baloney's we see - we are meat hunters ! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

That ole man, Egret, can really cook up a mean chili recipe. :laugh:

I'm nervous about the libations with this group, but one thing I can say - we're gonna eat good. Adam is bring pheasant and elk, I've got chili and hopefully we will kill something edible. :ohmy: :woohoo:

Egrets chili is the best. It is quite a list of ingredients but well worth it. Don't tell Egret if you mix loney in it .

If that old man could cook chili he wouldn't be living in the mountains far from most roads!

If you only had two shopping carts you haven't cooked up Johns chili because you forgot the kitchen sink! That surly would have taken up a third cart.

I already had a spare kitchen sink at home. That is the hardest part of the recipe, though !
