Wife came home with a "4.30lbs Beef Round Top Round Roast Boneless" would anyone have a suggustion on how to cook this little monster?
Time, temp, indirect/direct...and seasonings?[p]Thx much

    Top round is the perfect cut for "Pit Beef"...it`s a local thing here and it is to die for. You can see how I do it on my webpage in the cooks section, although it does need a day or 2 to soak up the seasonings...HTH[p]Wess
