We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Our Prime Rib Dinner

This was the only photo I got guys and gals. I took this roast back to the store and asked them to cut it in 1/2. This is the 1/2 I cooked and it was still way :ohmy: to much for the two of us. I removed it at 120, much to my wife's disapproval but I also figured when the left overs were warmed up, it would be more to her liking without being Well Done.

The other 1/2 is in the freezer waiting till next time.
