honey glazed smoked turkey breast

<p />This is somethng that I tried from a recipe that I found posted n the forum this is realy good
I deboned a turkey breast and cut it in half
injected each half with about 1/4 cup of chicken broth
seasond with lowerys seasoned salt
set up the egg for indirect cook with drip pan smoked at 250 for bout 1-1/2 hours I used 1 small cunk of pecan for smoke wood
(the original recipe called for maple but I didnt have an maple)
took out at 165 internal
let rest for bout 20 minuted
sprinkled on the glaze ingredients and carmalized with my mapp gas tourch

the glaze ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Dash ground ginger
Dash ground allspice
