This is my usual mixture. It is mild - if you want it spicier, increase the amount of hungarian paprika and pepper flakes.
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons granulated garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon thyme, dried
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 ½ tablespoon coarse Sea Salt
1 ½ teaspoon ground mustard
¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
4 tablespoons turbinado sugarLarge BGE

I mix 50-50 Cow Lick and turbinado sugar.

I sometimes do kosher salt and black pepper 50/50. Sometimes 33/33/33 with turbinado sugar.
I also like the DP beef rubs and the Plow Boy Bovine Bold is pretty damn good. -
I've had great luck with Stubbs Rub. Used Salt Lick once and it was a little too spicey. Got a bottle of Dizzy Dust Coarse for Christmas from my brother that i am dieing (sp?) to try out.
