My Christmas Ham (redneck style)

Merry Christmas to all of you and I give thanks to those that have helped me with my cooking journey.
Tonight, I have the medium holding a steady 230 degrees filled with Maple Lump (yes, my last of the Wicked Good Maple from about 10 years ago). Nestled in the lump are a few hunks of cherry and apple.
Sitting on an inverted plate setter, we have 16.36#'s of boston butt rubbed with yellow mustard and a mixture of my favorite seasonings. It is with great anticipation that tomorrow, the BGE will present another perfect Christmas Ham... REDNECK style.
It has become our family tradition to have pulled pork on Christmas served on paper plates with all the BBQ fixins.
Let us not forget why we celebrate Christmas... It's a birthday party for Jesus!
