My Last Briskett in 2004

<p />Well, My briskett cooked in 12 hours instead of the 18 that I planned on. Mainly because I started off with the egg too hot and decided to drink tequila instead of pay close attention to the egg.[p]It is a little bit darker than it should be, but it looks like it will be just fine. Here is a picture right before I wrapped it up with a beer. This will be the longest time one of my briskettes has spent wrapped up. The guests aren't arriving for another 11 hours.[p]Briskett2004.jpg
