cooking too much...need help

OK...Pork Butt on...should be done by 7am. 2 pork tenderloins, turkey breast, pig candy, moink balls, whole beef tenderloin to go. All has to be ready by Thurs night, then cooled and ready to be warmed for office Christmas Party at noon on Friday. Any suggestions? Cooling and warming suggestions? I'll have an oven to be able to warm.
PS we're expecting 1-2 feet of snow by thurs afternoon.
