to all who gave me advice last week

As a new egg owner - last week I asked a lot of questions about doing a prime rib dinner for 15 people! A few said that since I was so new to the egg, I might not want to try it. However, my 10 lbs prime rib turned out fantastic! I fussed a bit with trying to keep the temp right - but it didn't matter. Everyone said that it was as good as it can get. Did a 18 lbs turkey for Christmas and it was wonderful too. I'm so happy with my BGE! Thanks for everyone's help.
