Had some extra time at noon while the little one was playing so I thought i would make up some cheese and sausage muffins!
ground pork
sausage seasonings
old english cheese
english muffins
(what ever else you want like onion, jalapenos, hot suace)
i did 2lbs of pork and 2 jars of cheese, for this cook
this is my seasoning that i use, it is the best!!
this is the cheese
frying the seasoned pork
sausage with cheese
english muffins with sausage and cheese
after the mixture is on the muffin go egg indirect at a 400 dome temp until muffin is done and mixture is hot, you can also freeze them for future use, they taste better if you freeze them before you cook, so it is really nice to do them ahead of time and take them out and egg them later when you have time!! Mine are going on tomorrow morning! :cheer:
