Cornbread NO SUGAR

cuz I ain't bakin Cake. Had to use some Jiffy Crap tonight cuz I did not have enough corn meal. SO,
Southern Cornbread. Iron Skillet from crimsongator. Heat egg to 450 d's. place skillet onto egg with two tablespoons hog lard, bacon grease, fat back renderens, you get it. Mix two cups corn meal, (yellow or white,) your fave, add one egg & enough milk (butter milk is best) stir till all is mixed smoothly. Pour some of the Hot lard ie. into the mixture, stir well and add back into the Hot Skillet. Bake 25-30 min. till golden brown. Cut into wedges. Eat and sleep. You can also add some Jalapinos, corn, cheese etc. your fave. NO SUGAR Lessen yous a YANKEE. LMAF. Enjoy. :) :) :) to all.
