Request that I post pictures from our trip, on how I did my Turkey on the Small Egg. Did it up right with ceramic holder with orange juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. In direct at 325, turning the turkey every 30 min. for even browning. Simple is good and fun.

First I have to to say great season for Nascar.

Only did a 7Lb. bird could have gone up to 10Lbs. this way.
