Restart Turkey?

Got an early dinner tomorrow and have a 20lb bird. Can I roast bird for three hours tonight and finish off in the morning? If so, any process recomendations? Longer at night vs. morning, etc? Thanks!

    Set your alarm and get up early to start the bird. Turkey is not something I would want to try a 2 part cook with.
  • You might also want to think about registering, that way you can post in the normal forum... members are always more responsive to registered users.
