Removing silver skin.

I was removing the silver skin on a pork tenderloin yesterday.[p]While I keep my knives sharp, I remembered I had just purchased a 100 pack of single edge razor blades. Hmmm - think I will give one a try.[p]Worked great..[p]Toy Man
