MONSTER Chop's! On The Mini
Options
Grillin & Chillin

Hello All
Have not posted many pic's lately, so after not taking any pic's of the sweet Ribeye last night I was trying to stop procrastinating and take some of our Friday night dinner. I picked up 2 MONSTER Pork Chops coming in @ 1.67lb total and 1 3/4 inches thick. Nice dusting of D.P. Raging River in the fridge for about 3 hours and on the mini @ a little over 600* With a side of mashed & mushroom gravy, along with brussell sprouts as the veg, we had a nice dinner! Hope everyone else is enjoying the coming of this BGE grilling season with the cooler temps. I have a 8.77lb Bone in Butt I am putting on the small tonight late for dinner tomorrow. (Will post pic's) and picked up a 6.96lb Turduckhen today from Fresh Market for Sunday's cook. I hope all my fellow BGE'ers are also Grillin & Chillin!
Best wishes for the beginning of the holiday season to you all!

Save me the chop on the left. Not that looks good...
Minis rule....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
